Shortly before the end of the Cold War he worked as an overseer in a secret Republic lab where RRD scientists were experimenting on the creation of weaponized shaclaw cyberbeasts. While he was a skilled combatant, he was killed by a team of Imperial operatives who raided the lab to stop the Republic's experiments.
